Goes through the completion of both a purchase and refinance maximum mortgage worksheet for the conventional version of the 203(k).
FHA 101

Explains the basic guidelines and requirements for FHA loans.
FHA 203K - Basics
(approx. 1 1/2 hrs)
Gives a thorough review of the FHA 203(K). Describes the process from application through the end of the renovation period and offers many ideas for marketing loans.
FHA Streamline Refinance
(approx. 1 hour)
Course gives overview of FHA Streamline Refinance program.
HomeStyle
(approx. 1 hour)
During this class you will learn the guidelines for a Fannie Mae Conventional rehabilitation loan ie. maximum loan amount, types of properties that can be rehabilitated and calculating maximum LTV on the HomeStyle MMWS. Additionally, you will learn what additional application forms are needed and what happens after closing during the servicing of the rehabilitation.

Processing 203(k)s
(approx. 45 minutes)
Gives a general overview of the program for inside staff. Explains the documentation requirements for 203(k) loans, submission procedures and closing instructions.
